Tollgate Canyon is located off of I-80 at exit 150, just minutes away from Park City.  As a local full time resident of this beautiful area I can give you first hand knowledge of what we have to offer.

Tollgate Canyon has an alpine feel with towering pine trees and amazing views.  Vegetation also includes aspen, maple, and scrub oak.  Views sell Tollgate Canyon, and if you prefer Park City Ski Resort views or views of the Uintah Mountains, this area will deliver.   Pine Meadows Ranch and Forest Meadows Ranch are located in this area.

The ranch consists of roughly 850 privately owned lots, ranging in size from 1/2 to 10 acres.  If you prefer a larger piece of property, land is available within Tollgate Canyon from several acres to over 40 acres.  Hunting is not allowed in this area, and many varieties of wildlife are abundant.  Deer, elk, moose, and wild turkeys are just a few of the wild animals you will see here.

All roads within the ranch are HOA maintained gravel roads and are accessible in dry months. Any information about the HOA can be found on their website, www.pinemeadowranch.org  Winter driving conditions on plowed roads require 4WD with chains and/or snow tires.  Not all lots in Tollgate Canyon are accessible on a year round basis, although there is a private organization that provides plowing to much of the area for a fee.
